• Service Provision: upifast provides the Dynamic QR service to facilitate payment acceptance but does not act as a payment gateway.
• Fraud and Misconduct: upifast cannot be held responsible for fraudulent activities or misconduct between users and merchants.
• User's Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for their transactions with merchants.
• Contacting Merchant: Users must contact merchants directly for any payment issues.
• User Agreement: By using upifast services, users agree to hold upifast harmless from any claims arising from merchant interactions.

Service Limitations

upifast provides Dynamic QR code generation and facilitates UPI payment acceptance but does not handle payment processing or fund settlement.

Term of Agreement

The term of this Agreement is coterminous with the period of usage of the Site and/or Services by the User.

Miscellaneous

• Force Majeure: Parties are not liable for delays due to causes beyond their control.
• Assignment: Parties shall not assign benefits or obligations without prior written consent.
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Survival of Provisions: Terms which survive termination will continue to bind the Parties.
• Headings: Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
• Defined Terms: Terms defined herein apply solely to this Agreement.
• Notices: Notices shall be delivered via email. For the User to Company: help@upifast.xyz.

Ownership of Content

upifast does not claim ownership rights of documents or files submitted by Users. Limited rights are granted only to provide Services, according to the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
